During the old days seedlings of flowers are very much available in Davao City. Many gardeners buy seedling and grow them in their backyard garden, when the plants are big enough and flashes more flowers, plant hobbyist sell them, that is the secret that most gardeners used to do here in Davao. As time goes by, the availability of ornamental seedlings decreases that's why Davao City gardeners travel as far as Kidapawan area just to buy ornamental seedling. The Kidapawan ornamental seedlings are much cheaper than the Davao City producers. As a result, the buyers of seedlings for Davao decreased because most of them go directly to Kidapawan producers to buy their stocks.
