Avoiding Stress this Holiday Season

There are lots of people shopping in the mall nowadays. People bought foods for their dinner on Christmas Eve. Malls too have their last day sales of the year. But being a healthy conscious person , there are lots of ways on how to control and avoid stress and keep your waistline in check. Here's how:
  • Avoid hectic weekend crowds. Start late shopping. Just shop during late weekdays holiday hours and take your meal at home before going to mall.
  • Wear comfortable clothes and walking shoes.
  • Shop at an open air plaza or "tiangge" where you can stroll the streets and stop for a healthy bite at a nearby cafe.
  • Instead of waiting until you're crazed with hunger, dine first and take a healthful lunch so as to have an energy before shopping.
  • Drink a lot of fluids.
